My long time interests are in plasma physics for material science. The topics of my interests are:

1. Preparation of oxide films for various purposes (gas sensors, electronics, ..)
2. Surface modification of polymers and plasma polymerization
3. Analytical techniques for surfaces (XPS, SIMS, FTIR, ..)
4. Plasma treatments of nano and micro particles (sensors, dyes, ..)

The common topic is new materials and their characterisation.
